Turnkey Construction includes everything in grey structure plus complete finishes: tiles, woodwork, paint, sanitary fittings, modular kitchen, electrical switchboards, false ceilings, glass railings, and light fixtures ready for move-in.

Yes! Many of our clients prefer to execute their grey structure with MMAT to take advantage of our direct material trading rates (Grade 60 steel and factory-direct cement) and then manage finishing separately or at a later date.

Payments are strictly tied to verified on-site milestone completion. For example: Mobilization advance → Foundation completion → Ground floor slab pour → First floor slab pour → Brickwork completion → Plaster → Finishing phases. You only release funds as tangible construction milestones are achieved and verified.
